 Title    Darstellung, Struktur und elektrische Eigenschaften der Phase CaCu4As2 Preparation, Crystal Structure and Electrical Conductivity of CaCu4As2  
 Abstract    Investigations in the system Ca-Cu-As resulted in the discovery of CaCuiAs2. The phase crystallizes in a rhombohedral structure (Trigonal axes: a = 417.3(6) pm, c = 2262(3) pm, space group R~3m). The conductivity varies from 47 to 89 (i2cm) -1 having a minimum at 250 K.

 Abstract    Chemical transport reactions (1273 -> 1073 K) with CoO, Nb205 or CoNb206 using TeCl4 as transport agent have been made. The experimental results are compared with thermo-dynamic calculations. General rules for the treatment of chemical transport calculations concerning ternary compounds are given.

 Title    Ternäre Phasen im System Eisen-Thallium-Schwefel Ternary Phases in the System Iron Thallium-Sulfur  
 Abstract    The Compound TlFeS2 was synthesized from TIS/Fe/S-mixtures. Crystals are mono-clinic (space group C2/m) with a = 1164.4(6) pm, b = 530.8(3) pm, c = 1050.9(5) pm, ß = 144.58° and Z = 4. The structure comprises [FeS2 -]oo-chains parallel b, built from edge-shared FeS-i-tetrahedra. Relations between TlFeS2 and orthorhombic CsFeS2 are discussed. Tetragonal or monoclinic distorted tetragonal ternary phases occur with composition FeaTV^ (2.6 <x <3.6).

 Title    Die Kristallstruktur von Te6OnCl2 The Crystal Structure of Te60iiCl2  
 Abstract    Crystals of the title compound are monoclinic (space group P2i/m) with a — 6.844(4) Ä, 6 = 6.800(4) Ä, c= 15.227(9) A, y= 120.19° and Z = 2. The structure contains infinite cationic [(Tei2C>22) 4+ ]oo -chains with three different sites for tellurium. There are three oxygen atoms in a y-tetrahedral arrangement around Tel, and four oxygen atoms in a y-trigonal-bipyramidal coordination around Te2 and Te3.
