 Title    Resonanz-Raman-Spektrum von Tetrabutylammoniiimoktaiododirhenat(III), [(7i-C4H9)4N]2[Re2I8] Resonance Raman Spectrum of Tetrabutylammoniumoctaiododirhenate(III), [(n-C4H9)4N]2[Re2l8]  
 Abstract    Irradiation of [(n-C4Hg)4N]2[Re2l8] at 80 K with exciting laser lines, which approxi-mately coincide with the electronic band maximum at 520 nm, exhibits resonance Raman spectra. Overtone progressions of i>i(Re-Re) and v2(Re-I), both Aig, and many combination tones are observed. The spectroscopic constants are calculated to be a>i — 258,5 cm -1 , xn = —0,42 cm-1 ; co2 -153,0 cm" 1 , x12 = —0,32 cm" 1 .

 Title    Synthese und Eigenschaften des Oktafluorodirhenat(III) -anions, [Re2F8] 2 - Synthesis and Properties of the Octafluorodirhenate(III) Anion, [Re2F8] 2 ~  
 Abstract    The reaction of [Re2Cl8] 2_ and F~, both dis-solved as ion pairs with [(n-CiH9)4N] + in nearly anhydrous CH2CI2 gives elder-coloured [(n-C4H9)4N]2[Re2F8] • 4H2O. On Laser irradia-tion of the solid complex at 80 K resonance Raman spectra are observed, exhibiting up to five overtones of vi = 320 cm -1 (Re-Re, Aig) and combination tones with v2 = 625 cm -1 (Re-F, Aig). The spectroscopic constants are u>i = 319,6 ± 0.6 cm -1 , and xn = —0,45 ± 0,05 cm-1 . The Re-Re bond energy is estimated to be 162 ± 20 kcal/mol.

 Abstract    A very simple preparation method for the complex [Cl2FeS2MoS2FeCl2] 2 ~ is described and Fe 2+ /MoS4 2_ interactions are discussed. The Resonance Raman Effect is a sensitive probe for the doubly bridging MoS4 2_ ligand.
