 Title    Einkristallzüchtung und Röntgenstrukturanalyse des polymeren 1:1-Komplexes zwischen CuCl2 und Pyridazin Crystal Grow th in Gels and X-Ray Characterization of the Polymerie 1:1 -Complex of CuCl2 with Pyridazine  
 Abstract    Single crystals of Cu(pdz)Cl2 were grown by using gel methods with tetramethoxysilane as the gel-forming reagent. Thermal decomposition is interpreted. Crystal data for the com plex: monoclinic, space group C2/c with a -938.3(3) pm, b = 1242.9(3) pm, c = 675.7(4) pm, ß = 128.48(5)°. A crystal structure analysis reveals CuCl2 molecules connected by pyridazine in the form of zigzag-chains. Between these chains there are only Van-der-Waals-Interactions.

 Title    One-and Two-Dimensional Copper(I) Halide Based Coordination Polymers with Bridging Pyridazine or Pyrimidine Ligands  
 Abstract    1-Dimensional coordination polymers J. [CuX(/i-pydz)] 1 -3 (X = Cl, Br, I; pydz = pyrid­ azine) may be prepared by self-assembly in acetonitrile solution at 120 °C (1) or room temper­ ature (2, 3). Individual chains contain (CuX)2 rings and dimeric [Cu(^-pydz)]2 substructures. At a 2:1 molar ratio treatment of Cul with pydz in acetonitrile affords the lamellar complex ^ [(Cul)2(/i-pydz)] (4) whose novel ^ [(Cul)2] sheets contain fused 4-, 6-and 8-membered (Cul)" rings and are stabilized by pydz bridging between adjacent Cu atoms. In contrast, l_ [(CuBr)2(/i-pym)2] (5) (pym = pyrimidine) contains separated J. [CuBr] chains and (CuBr)2 rings as participating building units.

 Title    Thermodynamische Interpretation der Schmelzdiagramme binärer Systeme aus Methylchlorsilanen und Pyridazin bzw. Pyrazin  
 Abstract    By analyzing the cooling curves and the resulting melting point diagrams of the chloro-methylsilane-pyridazine and pyrazine systems the existence of the incongruently melting addition compounds CH 3 SiCl 3 • Pyridazine, (CH 3) 2 SiCl 2 • (Pyridazine) 2 , (CH 3) 3 SiCl • (Pyridazine) 2 , CH 3 SiCl 3 • (Pyrazine) 2 , (CH 3) 2 SiCl 2 • (Pyrazine) 2 , (CH 3) 3 SiCl • (Pyrazine) 2 was proved. By electro-optical measurements of the turbidity point it was proved that the system (CH 3) 3 SiCl-Pyridazine exhibits a miscibility gap which intersects the liquidus curve of the amine. Based on certain approximations it was possible to fit thermodynamic functions to the experimental results to obtain the excess data of mixing of the corresponding systems. These data allow for a more profound understanding of the Lewis-acid base behaviour of the silanes and amines. A) Experimentelle Ergebnisse
