Title    Cyclopalladierte Schiff-Basen von a-Am inosäure-und Peptidestem Metal Complexes o f Biologically Important Ligands, X C V III [1] Cyclopalladated Schiff Bases o f a-Am ino Acid and Peptide Esters
Abstract    The reactions o f Schiff bases from benzophenone and a-amino acid and peptide esters with tetrachloropalladate afford the chloro bridged ortho palladated complexes 1-8 and 11-18. The chloro bridges are cleaved by P and N donors (P R 3, pyridine, a-amino acid ester) to give the

Title    Metallkomplexe m it biologisch wichtigen Liganden, C X X V III [1], Palladium(II)-Komplexe mit deprotonierten Peptidestern als N,N'-Chelatliganden Metal Complexes with Biologically Important Ligands, CXXVIII [1]. Palladium(II) Complexes with Deprotonated Peptide Esters as N,N'-Chelate Ligands
 Abstract    Reactions of chloro bridged palladium compounds with di-and tripeptide esters give (Et^P)(Cl)2Pd(NH,CHR1C 0 N H C H R 2C 0 2CH3) and the N,N'-chelate compounds (Et3P)-(Cl)Pd(NH2CH 2C O N C H R 1 C 0 2R 2), [C6H4CH 2NMe2(C,N)]Pd(NH2CH 2C 0 N C H 2C 0 2Et) and (Et3P)Pd(gly-gly-glyOMe-2H+). The structure of (Et3P)(Cl)Pd(gly-alaOMe-H+) was determi ned by X-ray diffraction analyses. Attempts to form open chain peptides from ct-amino acid ester in the coordination sphere of palladium(II) are reported. E in le itu ng

Title    Metallkomplexe mit biologisch wichtigen Liganden, XXXIX [1] Platin(IV)-Komplexe mit a-Aminosäure-und Peptidestern; 15 N-und 195 Pt-NMR-Spektren von «-Aminosäuren-Platin-Komplexen Metal Complexes with Biologically Important Ligands, XXXIX [1] Platinum(IV) Complexes with a-Amino Acid Esters and Peptide Esters; l3 N and 14r, Pt NMR Spectra of Platinum Complexes with a-Amino Acids
Abstract    The platinum(IV) complexes PtX 4 L 2 (X = Cl, Br; 2 X = oxalate; L = glyOEt, glyglyOEt, gly-cleuOEt; 2 L = metOEt) have been obtained by oxidative addition of halogenes to platinum(II) compounds PtX 2 L2-A high field shift of <3 15 N (—50 ppm) is observed for the coordi-nated amino acid ligand of various platinum complexes, compared to the free ligand. Platinum(II) and platinum(IV) can be distinguished by their 195 Pt NMR signals.
