 Title    Enzym atische H ydroxylierung von R uthenocen und O sm ocen durch Leber-M ikrosom en Enzymatic Hydroxylation of Ruthenocen and Osmocene  
 Abstract    In buffer solution (pH 7,4) ruthenocene and osmocene are far more stable than ferrocene. The metallocenes ruthenocene and osmocene are metabolized by microsomes of mouse liver in the presence o f NADPH and 0 2. The Ä'if-values are similar for both metallocenes, the rate of metabolism is higher for osmocene that for ruthenocene.

 Abstract    The antitum or activity o f molybdocene dichloride is tested against Ehrlich ascites tum or in CFj mice. The application o f 75 or 100 m g/kg 24 h after transplantation achieves 100% tum or in h ib i­ tion until day 30. Following the d° and d 1 metallocene dichlorides o f titanium and vanadium , molybdocene d i­ chloride is the First analogous d 2 system revealing sim ilar antineoplastic properties.

 Title    Analoga des Hippurans: [103RulRuthenocenoyl-glycin-Derivate. Synthese, Organ-Verteilung und Clearance Analogue of Hippuran: Labelled Ruthenocenoyl-glycin. Synthesis, Organ Distribution and Clearance  
 Abstract    The analogue o f hippuric acid, ruthenocenoyl-glycine was synthesized and labelled with the y-emitter 103Ru. As a by-product o f the synthesis the labelled diam ide from ruthenocene-dicarbonic acid and glycine was gained. With these ruthenocene derivatives the organ distribu­ tions in mice and rats were measured. All ruthenocene-glycine derivatives showed prim ary a high kidney accum ulation followed by very rapid renal excretion. After application o f the cytostatic PtCl2(N H 3) 2, causing toxic effects in the kidney o f m ice, the excretion of ruthenocenoyl-glycine is decreased. Biochem ical data suggest the use of labelled ruthenocenoyl-glycine as a substitute for Iodo-labelled hippuran.
