	Title	Die Synthese eines Cephamderivats mittels Vierkomponenten-Kondensation The Synthesis of a Cepham Derivative by Four Component Condensation
	Abstract	A five-step synthesis of a cepham derivative from a known, a,/?,/?-trihydroxyisobutyr-aldehyde derivative (1) and the sodium thioenolate of C-formyl N-phthaloyl methyl glycinate (2) is described. The key step of the synthesis is a four component condensation.

	Title	Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis by Four Component Condensation: Peptide Formation on an Isocyano Polymer Support
	Abstract	Coupling of various protected amino acids or small peptides on an isocyano polymer and in the presence of 1 -methyl-3-formylindole dem-onstrates the feasibility of peptide formation by four component condensation on a polymer support, and the final peptide is detached from the resin by 50% trifluoroacetic acid in aceto-nitrile at room temperatme.

	Title	Vernetzung wäßriger Alginsäure mittels der Vierkomponenten-Kondensation unter Einschluß-Immobilisierung von Enzymena Crosslinking o f Aqueous Alginie Acid by Four Component Condensation with Inclusion Immobilization o f Enzymes
	Abstract	The four com ponent condensation (4C C, Ugi reaction) o f aqueous alginic acid with form aldehyde, difunctional amine and isocyanide components produces a gel. Enzymes, e.g. "acid ic phosphatase" (AP) and L-(+)-lactate dehydrogenase (L D H), can be immobilized by inclu sion in the above crosslinked alginic acid. The enzymes retain some o f their activity (LDH: 8 -1 0 % ; AP: 8 2 -8 7 %).
