| Abstract | The vinyldifluorophosphoranes PhrePF2(CH = CH2)3-re (2a: n = 1, 2b: n = 2) or Ph2PF2(C6H4-CH = CH2) 4 were obtained in good yield by direct fluorination of the corresponding phosphines. Catalytic addition of PI12PH or PhPH2 to 2 b gives phosphino-ethyl-substituted fluorophosphoranes which have not yet been obtained by partial fluorination. The structures have been established by NMR (19 F, 31 P) and in addition by sulfurisation. Whereas 2 b does not polymerize, homopolymerisation of the styrene derivative 4 gives polymer fixed difluorophosphorane. | ||
