 Title    Synthese von neuen Silazangerüstsystemen * Synthesis of Some Silazane Frameworks  
 Abstract    Some novel silazane frameworks (scheme 1: H,J, K, M, P) were synthesized and charac-terized by mainly methyl substituted derivatives. Synthetic routes are given in Scheme 2 and 3, respectively, as well as in equations (13) and (14). Compounds are described in their properties, physical data and elemental and structure analysis.

 Title    Fluoroboryl-and Fluoroboranediyl-Cyclosilazanes  
 Abstract    Hexamethylcyclotrisilazanes and their lithium salts react with F2BN(SiMe3)2 to give the corres­ ponding mono-, bis-, and tris(fluoroboryl)cyclotrisilazanes. Di-fluoroboryl-substituted rings are obtained in the reaction of l,3-bis(silyl)-and 1-boryl-cyclotrisilazanes with BF3-etherate. A com­ pound consisting of two cyclodisilazanes connected by a (SiNBNSi)-bridge is formed in the reaction of lithiated bis(silyl)cyclotrisilazane with BF3-etherate. Ring coupling of two six mem-bered rings occurs in the reaction of lithiated cyclotrisilazane with 1-difluoroboryl-cyclotrisilazane and in the reaction of lithiated bis(fluoroboryl)cyclotrisilazane with BF3-etherate in a molar ratio 2:1. Ring expansion takes place in the reaction of the lithium salt of a four membered SiN-ring with F2BN(SiMe3)2. Substitution occurs in the same reaction with F3SiN(SiMe3)2.

 Title    Cyclodi-und -trisilazane — Synthese, Reaktionen und Ringkopplungen Cyclodi-and -trisilazanes — Synthesis, Reactions and Ring Coupling  
 Abstract    Contrary to our expectations, a cyclotrisilazane is obtained instead of a cyclodisilazane by the reaction of the lithiated di-rerf-butyldiamino-silane with Hal 2 SiMe 2 . Mono-and disubstitution takes place in reactions of lithiated tetra-isopropyl cyclodisilazane with halogeno-silanes and -boranes. A disubstituted ring reacts with LiOC 4 H 9 -formed from LiC 4 H y and THF — to give an unsymmetrically substituted four-membered ring as proved by a crystal structure determination. Coupling of four-and six-membered rings occurs in the reaction of SiF-substituted and lithiated rings.

 Title    Tetrafluorcyclodi-und Hexafluorcyclotrisilazane Tetrafluorocyclodi-and Hexafluorocyclotrisilazanes  
 Abstract    Bis(silylamino)difluorosilanes (1,2) are prepared in the reaction o f lithiated di-Je/7-butyl-methyl-and ter/-butyl-dimethylsilylamine with tetrafluorosilane. The dilithium derivative o f 1 reacts with SiF4 to give the tetrafluoro-substituted four-membered (S i -N) ring system [(C M ej^M eSiN-SiFJj (3). Two four-membered rings [(R N -S iF 2)2 (4), (R N -S iF N R S iF 3)2 (5), R = CM e3SiM e2] are obtained in the reaction o f dilithiated 2 with SiF4. The dilithiated silyl-amines and SiF4 also react with formation o f 3 and 4. However, besides 4 the six-membered ring (C M e3SiM e2N -S i F 2)3 (6) is obtained. Crystal structures o f 3, 5, and 6 were determined. A transannular Si • • • Si ring distance o f 237,5 pm is found in 3.
