 Title    2,Sb and 35C1 NQR in RCN * SbCl5 Complexes  
 Abstract    35C1 and 121Sb NQR spectra of RCN • SbCl5 complexes with R = Et, n-Pr, i-Pr, n-Bu, n-C 5H n , C1(CH2)2, C 6H 4C H 2, Ph, Cl, Me, CC13 were measured an d /o r refined at 77 K. Redistribution of the "transferred charge" in the SbCl5 fragment of the complexes under study was investigated. The existence of a specific region of dispersion of the electron-nuclear m otions (D ENM) in RCN ■ SbC l5 complexes was established. of the electron-nuclear motions (DENM).

 Abstract    R o f I m p u r ity M o le c u le s o f T e tra c h lo r id e s o f G ro u p IV E le m e n ts in M a t r i x C r y s ta ls o f G ro u p I V E le m e n t H a lid e s 35C1 NQR spectra of the impurity molecules E'C14 (1.5-5% mol) (E' = C, Si, Ge, Sn) in the matrix crystals of Group IV tetrachlorides EC14 (E = Si, Ge, Sn, Ti) have been measured at 77 K. The mixtures of the above components are substitution solid solutions. Changes in the 35C1 NQR spectra of the impurity molecules have been analysed as to packing factors and nearest environment.

 Title    Pressure Dependence of the Chlorine NQR in Three Solid Chloro Anisoles  
 Abstract    The 35C1 Nuclear Quadrupole Resonance (NQR) frequency (V q) and spin lattice relaxation time (T{) in the three anisoles 2,3,4-trichloroanisole, 2,3,6-trichloroanisole and 3,5-dichloroanisole have been measured as a function of pressure upto 5.1 kbar at 300 K, and the data have been analysed to estimate the temperature coefficients of the NQR frequency at constant volume. All the three com­ pounds show a non linear variation of the NQR frequency with pressure, the rate of which is positive and decreases with increasing pressure. In case of 3,5-dichloroanisole the value becomes negative in the higher range of pressure studied. The spin lattice relaxation time T{ in all the three compounds shows a weak dependence on pressure, indicating that the relaxation is mainly due to the torsional motions.
