 Title    Ein Bis(perfluorpinakolyl)spirophosphoran A Bis(perfluoropinacolyl)spirophosphorane
Abstract    Phenyl -bis (perfluoropinacolyl)phosphorane, Dilithiumperfluoropinacolate, Hexafluoroacetone, 19 F NMR Phenyl-bis(perfluoropinacolyl)phosphorane could be obtained by reacting difluoro-phenyl -perfluoropinacolylphosphorane with dilithium-perfluoropinacolate or by oxidative addition of hexafluoroacetone to phenyl-perfluoropinacolyl-phosphine. The 19 F NMR shows nonrigidity of the molecule.

Title    Photoinduzierte Dechlorierungsreaktion an Dichlorbenzolen, Anilinen und Phenolen in Gegenwart von Protonendonatoren Photoinduced Dechlorination Reaction of Dichlorobenzenes, Chloroanilins and Chlorophenols in the Presence of Protondonors
Abstract    Photokinetic experiments show that the de-chlorination reaction of dichlorobenzenes, chloro-anilins, and chlorophenols is dependent on nature of solvent, but undependent on oxygen. Quantum yields determined in n-hexane indicate that there is a strong deviation within the ortho, meta, and para products.

Abstract    It is shown that substituent effects on one-bond and long-range carbon-proton coupling constants in monosubstituted allenes parallel quantitatively ab initio STO-3G carbon 2s-hydrogen 1 s overlap populations, irrespectively of whether the substituents are bonded to the allenic skeleton via first-row (C, O) or second-row (Si, S, CI) atoms.

Title    Friedel-Crafts -Alky Hertingen mit Cu 2+ -Bentonit Friedel -Crafts -Alky lati on s with Cu 2+ -Bentonite
Abstract    It is shown that Cu 2+ -bentonite produces high yields of mono-f-butyl-benzene in Friedel-Crafts-alkylation. The ratio of mono-and di-product is investigated in dependence of the content of water in the bentonite: dry Cu 2+ -bentonite produces high yields of mono-product, moistered Cu 2+ -bentonite leads to di-alkylated products.

Title    Beiträge zur Chemie des Bors, XCVII [1] Eine Untersuchung des Substituentenaustausches zwischen Trithiadiborolanen Contributions to the Chemistry of Boron, XCVII [1] An Investigation of the Substituent Exchange between Trithiadiborolanes
Abstract    Trithiadiborolanes, Exchange Mechanism, 10 B Isotope Technique The substituent exchange between trithiadiborolanes has been studied by the 10 B isotope technique. A simultaneous exchange of the substituent and the boron atom to which the substituent is bound was observed. This result is explained by a mechanism comprising a conformationally flexible ten membered ring as an intermediate. The exchange occurs not only between differently substituted trithiadiborolanes but also between trithiadi-borolanes of one sort.

Title    Crystal and Molecular Structure of Bis(N,N,N' ,N' -tetramethyl-l,4-diaminobenzeniumyl) [Wurster s Blue Cation]-tetracyanoplatinate(II)-mono-hydrate
Abstract    Dimerized Radical Cations, Hydrogen-Bridges to [Pt(CN)4] 2_ The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group A 2/m (Coh) with a = 10.61(3) A, b = 9.511(5) A and c = 16.47(5) A, ß = 124.2(1)° and two formula units in the unit cell. The structure was solved by Patterson and Fourier methods and refined by least squares to R — 0.071 based on 1251 observed intensities. The organic cations are slightly distorted and are arranged in dimers along the crystallographic a-axis. There are "mixed stacks" of the planar [Pt(CN)4] 2-units which are separated from each other by the WB2 2+ dimers along b. There is IR-evidence for the formation of hydrogen bridges between [Pt(CN)4] 2_ units and the crystal water during the modification change of the compound at room temperature.

Title    Struktur und Schwingungsspektren von Monomolybdaten und Monowolframaten organischer Kationen Structure and Vibrational Spectra of Monomolybdates and Monotungstates with Organic Cations
Abstract    The crystal structures of dicyclohexylammonium-monomolybdate dihydrate [(C6Hh)2NH2]2MO04 • 2 H2O, (I), cyclohexylammonium-monomolybdate, (C6HHNH3)2MO04, (II) and terf-butylammonium-monotungstate, (C4HgNH3)2W04, (III), were elucidated. In I the anion has nearly tetrahedral structure, in II one Mo-0 distance is significantly shorter than the other three, and in III all four W-0 distances are different. In spite of the variety of structures the following basic principles are recognizable: 1) Each hydrogen atom of the cationic amino groups as well as of the water of crystallization forms hydrogen bridges. 2) Never are oxygen atoms of the same M0O4 connected by these bridges, but always oxygen atoms of neighbouring M0O4 units. 3) From an oxygen atom emanate either two or no hydrogen bridge. For the investigated molybdates (tungstates) there are in all instances isomorphous tungstates (molybdates). The number and position of the vibrational bands is in good agreement with the observed anion symmetry Td, C3V and Ci, respectively.

Title    Darstellung und Eigenschaften von Mono-, Isopoly-und Heteropolymolybdaten organischer Kationen Preparation and Properties of Mono-, Isopoly-and Heteropolymolybdates with Organic Cations
Abstract    Mono-and Isopolymolybdates, Heteropolymolybdates Properties, Solubility In the presence of small quantities of water M0O3 is degradated by amines. In the process solvent free octa-, hepta-or monomolybdates are produced, or monomolybdates containing water of crystallization. The extent of the degradation is not dependent on the basicity of the amines but rather on the number of hydrogen-bridged bonds that the ammonium cation can form. The IR spectra indicate that the monomolybdates may be classified into 3 different structural types. In the reaction of monomolybdates with Te(OH)6, Ni(N03)2 • 6 H20 or FeCl3 • 6 H20 in methanol hexamolybdato-tellurate, niccolate or ferrate were obtained. The solubility of iso and heteropolymolybdates in organic solvents was investigated.

Abstract    Tris-tert-butylorthovanadate VO(OC4H9)3 undergoes reaction with monocarboxylic acids to yield monomeric VO(OC4H9)(RCOO)2; no VO(OC4H9)2(RCOO) or VO(RCOO)3 could be isolated from the reaction mixture. Polymeric dioxovanadium(V)-monocarbox-ylates(V02RC00) n are formed by thermolysis or partial hydrolysis of VO(ÖC4H9)(RCOO)2; the reaction mechanism is studied and discussed. Syntheses of Ba[V02(CH3C00)3], Ba[V02(C2H5C00)3] and N(C4H9)4[V408Br(CH3C00)4] are described. All compounds obtained are characterized by IR and X H NMR spectroscopy as well as by chemical reactions. The carboxyl groups are mostly acting as bidentate ligands.
